Pizza's Fort

We bought Pizza this liner/bed thing for her crate because she loved sleeping on her towel so much. We just want her to be comfy. Apparently she finds it much more fun to hang out under the bed instead of in it. You may not be able to see in this picture, but this is Pizza's new fort. No parents are allowed in the fort, so I really don't know what she does in the there or what she keeps there. I can only imagine that it's really cool and fun.

She has another bed too that I bought her a while ago when she was a puppy. She seems to think this is just a really big chew toy. I don't think this dog understands the concept of a bed....

Pizza Face

We are BEAUTIFUL! Well, Pizza is beautiful at least. You can see her eyes now! This is good for her, but I'm not too sure how I feel about it. I was scared to look at her for the first few hours, her eyes looked evil. I think she was just made that we made her get a hair cut. She probably didn't think I was so ugly with the hair covering the majority of her eyes. Sorry Pizza :( At least that's the one good thing about you being adopted, you know you will not grow up to look like me! We don't know what you're real mom looks like though, so who knows....

Pizza-The Before

Pizza is going to get a haircut tomorrow. As such, I wanted to post a picture of Pizza, entitled "The Before." She has quite a mop top right now, but I'm very confident that at about 5pm tomorrow she will be a beautiful princess. Not saying she's not beautiful now, she's just a little mangy. Check back Monday for the After picture. (I don't have enough confidence in my ambition to say that I'll post tomorrow).

Pizza's mom is back

This is an old picture but I'm lazy and didn't feel like uploading something new. Just wanted to catch you guys up. Pizza's aunt got married and then Pizza's mom and dad went to Aruba for their friends wedding, so it's been busy! But now we are back! Pizza stayed with her friends and is finally sort of socializing with other dogs, that is nice. She is going very crazy though, she has flown off the couch a few times and it doesn't phase her at all. She catapults herself off the couch in a rolling movement, lands on her back and then keeps rolling. Some day she will be old and break a bone. Until then, Pizza is a flying dog!

Pizza's Silly

So there's a dog park in the back of our apartment building. After work I take Pizza there to go to the bathroom. There are three stairs to walk up to get into the dog park..she gets up them just fine, but she doesn't really like the down part so much. For some reason she thinks it's better for her to jump off the ledge next to the stairs rather than walking down the stairs. She's such a brave doggie. Don't worry, I always catch her.

We're working on a new trick called Monster. It involves Pizza walking on her hind legs with her front paws out in front of her. It's going to take a lot of work, but I think it's totally going to be worth it if we can get this down!

Catching up

Pizza and I don't have too much to say today, but we thought we would just write quickly to catch up. Thursday Pizza and her daddy went to get her hair and nails done. She came back with a beautiful new bow!! What a looker she is! She's really she though and didn't like all the attention, so the bow had to come off. Saturday the family took a walk to get some Dels. Pizza was sad, because she cannot eat Dels. You know what she does like though, cigarettes! I can't believe her, she is just a child..kids always think they know whats good for them.

Now Pizza is just hanging out eating my sandals while I type and also trying to dig a hole in the floor. She does this alot in the same places..I'm convinced there are bodies under there. It is an old mill building and all. I feel like there's a 95% chance that I am correct with this assumption.

Dog on Wire

This may not be a wire, but this is a dog. I think she is starting to become pretty swift as she grows up. I did not, however, get a picture of when she slipped and fell into the rocks. She didn't like that. I've been trying to get Pizza a job for a while now, maybe she's just destined for the circus.
